What the hell is 'raw junk food'? Apart from that interesting video as usual Dan - however may I asked a contentious question? How do you deal with 'going/living raw' - if you have been diagnosed with a clinical/scientifically proven mental illness? I can understand, and I am aware that there is some evidence that certain 'dietary lifestyles' can lessen the 'extremes' of Bi-Polar disorder for example - what do ya think. Mind you for most on the US SAD diet - raw junk food would be more healthy!

@shiZ There is a difference in judging and saying whats right / wrong. Attacking someones personality and dids for the purpose to belittle-is judging. Saying to someone what's appropriate behavior or manner,is just more easily put in words"you should not' If a man wants to jump of the building you wouldn't say -Stop u should not jump.Big difference between positive and negative INTENTION. So by your theory saying to ppl they should NOT steal,kill,rape or attack,even emotionally- is judging?

@LiveFromTheFridge Something similar happened to me this week. I ended up eating some chicken, rice and a milkshake....BAD idea!!!! Was up for 12 hours with a wretched stomach ache, didn't get a lick of sleep and was so bloated the next day. Lesson learned. =) Just give me my raw foods please. =)

Dan , I respect and admire everything you do on youtube but your religious aspect has nothing to do with your "regeneration" program. I just hate it when you bring religious aspects of your practices into your videos or your "program." I love watching your videos and been watching since the early beginning but time and time again you always bring YOUR religious practices into what your videos... Not everyone believes in God.

@Kr4zi4ur0mg I understand your position, but I am just me.... I have no agenda or plan and what gets spoken of is a reflection of the group energy! What comes through me is what is supposed too. I cannot please everyone or change my true self... My religion is Love! To me God is the silent field out of which all phenomenon arise...
