This is about the project which, by all appearances, is dead. No recent updates on the mailing list, no recent updates on Google+.

For the suggest tag are these supposed to be displayed as "top suggestions" or "fall back suggestions". Why I am asking is I want to provide some suggestions for if my users don't have any apps available but I don't want to get in the way of my users own services.
