You play fantastic, boy! I know how many years of practising, patience, and endurance it takes to learn playing guitar so good, certainly better than I do.
We have kids playing the same style, one of them showed me this video. Bad luck, you will never meet for a jam, since we live a bit away, in the bavarian Highlands, Germany.

From the videos I've seen, Andrew, you're getting a well-rounded geetar education. On top of that, you show alot of the patience and class that a good band member needs to have. One of these days (near future?)... you'll be headlining your own band... then you can REALLY let loose! Ever heard of Gary Moore? Your "style" reminds me of his! Good Luck, kiddo! I mean that sincerely. :^)

I like this kid, cause he's good at guitar, yet he doesn't try to sing like an old blues man- when you've got an elementary schooler trying to imitate muddy waters, it can get ugly.

That's true. This is a good song to get started playing some minor pentatonic licks over a blues progression. Lots of big name guitarists have done pretty well playing pentatonic licks.
