Hey again! I had a little practice, and I think this ASL blog is a little better (NO GUM CHEWING!). -I'm an ASL (American Sign Language) student, so my signing is FAR from perfect! I showed my ASL teacher my last blog, and she humiliated me, by sending it to EVERY SINGLE TEACHER IN SCHOOL!!! I was so embarrassed! -Well, she looked at this blog, and my previous one (Scolding me of the gum chewing! -I swear I'll never do that again!), and gave me some tips for the next blog I'll do. So the next blog will be even better. Fill free to leave comments ;)

  • I could understand it but you need more facial expressions. By speaking we use our voice and can hear the difference...in ASL its your face and hands. Also when fingerspelling it makes it easier to read if you don't move your body around so much.

  • i understood a little. i knew you were talking about where your siblings worked, and you were talking about ur parents... cats name and stuff. but thats pretty much it. I saw u like chocolate and candy!

  • awsome

  • This one was much better than the other one. To get more practice with keeping the signs flowing, read short nursery stories like The Three little pigs or Little Red Riding Hood and then retell the story in sign. It will help with the pauses because you know what's next and you don't have to think about it. Also try signing your favorite songs. Trust me, it helps and you can increase your sign vocabulary. Good Job!

  • Lol understood it all, post more videoes :)

  • very well done, keep it up

  • You are the first person who I have understood in ASL. Your signs are very clear!

  • lol that was cool i understood everything =] except i wasn't sure what your sibling's occupations were...was it a secretary and a waiter?

  • This is you ASL teacher...much better without the gum chewing to distract you! Sorry if I embarrassed you by sending your vlog out to the rest of the staff. I was just very proud of you!

Your shifting was good! You seem to relax more further into your vlog. Try not to be too nervous, you're doing a great job.

  • good job! your fingerspelling is very clear, I understood everything. keep it up girl ;)
