David Baretts version is easily the best. There should be no other people trying to do what he has made my anthem for this tournament. His version is the best,

Thankfully CBS is keeping the Final Four around for several more years, which is a good thing in my opinion. The best One Shining Moment rendition to my ears is the Teddy Pendergrass version (basically the same as Barrett but with a stronger voice). Next is Vandross, who effectively slowed it down and successfully added his own style to it. Barrett gets credit for the song, but his version is unpolished and lacks power. Hudson's version should be banished forever; simply awful.

Please, for the love of God, CBS....do not bring back the Jennifer Hudson version of this song. A great tourney was damn near ruined by a rendition that felt more like a silent dog whistle than the icing that Barrett, Pendergrass and Vandross made it.

Bring back the David Barrett version CBS. I'm so sick of this PC crap, when the orginal version is the easily the best.
