You could increase duration or weight, but there's really two ways to look at it. One, she's not working anaerobically. So it would make sense to up the duration. Second, since she's working for a given time because of her wushu match (not even sure what that is) you could up the weight and continue working for the given time. Either way, I would choose number 2.
