About a group of artists known as "Splashes of Hope" who volunteer to paint in hospitals and brighten what would be a dreary existance for a hospital stay through art. Their volunteerism doesn't stop there. They attend other functions and parties to help color the world of a child with a disability. Whether it's a face, a hand, a portrait or a wall these wonderful group of artists are there to help put a smile on a child's face.
