Why is Yoo being so nice? Having a much bigger brain and much more prestigious credentials, he should have simply embarrassed him with legal terminologies and arguments.
Bloody idiots - no wonder the commander-in-chief clause was written in Article II instead of Article I. Ellison is the proof that the legislature cannot handle anything serious.
While I do agree with your point about adam3176's racial comment, I have to say that you aren't much better considering first of all that you don't seem to understand that torturing other humans beings -- regardless of the motivation -- is inhumane (and just plain wrong) and secondly, because you seem to think that because one man supports Farrakhan and calls himself a Democrat, that all Democrats hold similar views and are, therefore, "treasonous."
And while we're on the topic of definitions, if you ask me, deliberately trying to exploit loopholes and technicalities in the Constitution for the sake of violating the rights of other human beings and then trying to weasel your way out of the repercussions by arguing semantics with Congress and feigning ignorance in general is far more treasonous and anti-American than simply being a "Far-left liberal from NY."
John Yoo is an American patriot who helped save American lives by rooting out terrorists and Islamic bombers. The 2 clowns in this video are Keith Ellision -- a Louis Farrakhan disciple who is anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, and anti-American -- and Jerry Nadler, a far-Left liberal from NY. Ellison couldn't get a security clearance based on his past and current asociations and should definitely be watched as a 5th columnist. Bring back HUAC and start investigating these treasonous Democrats.
