Oh hai, Ill teach you how you could earn some money making videos with protected links. Find some royalty free music, backgrounds or sounds. Upload them to Rapidshare. Then sign up with bee4biz (Just Google it) and use them to lock your download link. Make lots of videos showcasing your free downloads and post protected download link in your video description. bee4biz will pay each time somebody completes a survey to unlock your download link. They can pay weekly using Pyapal or moneybookers
It's much like q quality score for publishers, even if that is not all it is. What publishers may not know is that the AdWords system shows ads with higher click rates (CTR) more often. This seems like a good idea, but it should really be the ads that have a higher "conversion" rate that are shown more often. While using CTR pays google and publishers more money, it delivers less value for advertisers. All advertisers should demand this as an option at the very least.
What this doesn't do is account for poorly written ads and poorly conceived offers by the advertisers. If they're selling junk, people will not know that from the Adwords ad and will click on it. After they end up on the landing page and see the offer, they go away. And this would affect smart pricing.
Would be more informative if he explained what determines a quality site.
