  • How Funny @gorgeousbronze WOW- I did not know such moves like this never existed prior to the creation of P90x in 2004. Good thing for P90 x to help all us untrained fitness professionals figure out what to do.....

  • For the MB Toe Touch & the MB twist, can you put your legs & feet up against a wall or you have to hold them in mid-air? Do these exercises help burn fat? I am not interested in the appearance of a tight stomach or a 6 pack, just want the belly fat burned.

  • @Tabascopeppers Resting your feet against a wall defeats the purpose of engaging your core muscles to help strengthen them. Whether or not you are interested in the look of a tight stomach - if you neglect strengthening your core muscles it affects every other movement you attempt to perform - think of your core as a pillar. If you want to see more of a loss of belly fat...this comes from cleaning up what you eat - not doing tons of ab exercises.

  • i had never before sweat so much, i have been excercising daily for 40 minutes at home with regular sit ups and all for 7 months now but this 15 minutes made me sweat like a pig.. great exercise!!!

  • Oh hai! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some super things about it and my sister got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @SquishyCandyftw i agree. but its easier if you listen to a song while doing it xD i did the plank in 2 minutes ^^'

  • we do the plank in dance class, an i hold the record for the girls for 3minutes an 15secounds!
