Youtube is not a representative sample of any group. People are assholes independent of their views on religion, and while it's possible that atheism on youtube has become more popular among demographics that are more likely to, as you said, behave like spoiled thirteen year old children, this does not represent niceness atheists as a group and certainly does not mean anything in regards to how strong a non-religious position is. Atheism itself is includes an huge range of people.
