@colombiatm I contacted Whitney again about E3 2002 trailer. She clearly understand what that female voice is saying;
"Sinners who've been judged,
and punishment exacted.
We pray for your forgiveness,
and you who will lead us to eternity."

@colombiatm I asked the same question to Whitney from S.H.His. Soc. She said; "(3:54-3:56) Sinners who've been judged... (3:56-3:58) (These next few words I can't tell what is being said it's too slurred) (3:59-4:01) Pray for your forgiveness (4:01-4:04) and you who will lead us to the eternity" If I combined what Whitney said with yours, I think it may be like; "Sinners who've been judged and punished by ..... exact. Pray for your forgiveness and and you who will lead us to the eternity."

I remember this trailer on some video game I had by konami, but I don't recall which game it was. This was the first trailer I saw for the game, and the best in my opinion. It's dark and mellow like me.

I'd have to say that Silent Hill 3 is without a doubt one of the most raw and emotional games I've ever played.
Team Silent mastered the evocative, disturbing atmosphere and totally nailed the mythos.
I thought the gameplay in this entry, from the typewriter costume codes to the guard move was perfect. In a lot of games I say "Oh man, here comes this bit, just grin and bear it" but there is honestly no point that frustrates me in this game. It's just perfect.
