After being sworn in on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009, Eric Holder became the first African American Attorney General in the history of the United States. In a brief video address to the employees of the Department of Justice, he promises the beginning of a new era.

CSRA is a "racist" law that was implemented. This law must have been created in 1600 when we became slaves. This law has a negative impact on minorities in general because we are the ones who will most likely be discriminated against and we can't fight for our human rights. I will be homeless soon because I am not allowed to sue for disparate treatment due to CSRA. U.S. Attorney's office lied on the "Motion to Dismiss" AND will get away with it. They snatched my retirement away from me.

Mr. Holder, I was wrongfully terminated from my federal judicial job after 23 years and my lawsuit will be dismissed because the U.S. Attorney's Office filed a motion to dismiss due to lack of jurisdiction. I have all the evidence to win my case, BUT CRSA does not allow federal court employees any recourse for discriminaiton. The fedeal government has strict laws prohibiting discrimination and yet they are allowed to discriminate at will against their own employees.
