Mics are strange things but it's funny how the spruce sounds like balsa as you handle it.Lol.....interesting mind.
Pretty informative for the technically minded artisan re quarter sawing...tap toning wood...how grain effects tone...

Love the video ventures!!! Thanks for doing this. As an idea, I'd love to hear Dana "tapping" various species of wood and comparing them to each other.
As the proud owner of a custom vintage OM, I can attest to Dana's skill as a luthier.
