Excellent video! I'm already having withdrawal symptoms over the Centenaries.

I think it'll be tight to get all the Flexities delivered in time for start of the season on 6th April 2012. So we could be seeing some of the reserve fleet in service.

@stuvids It would be nice to see one last fling of the Centenary cars, even though their are only 3 left now.

The three Centenary cars left at Rigby Road are also examples of the three different designs.

thier is still a small hope that we could ride on 648 in 2012, as it is part of the reserved fleet. however i think that this is going to be the nearest we are going to get to a ride on a centenary in Blackpool for many years to come

@srpott40 Although many enthusiasts do not like the Centenary cars I think this will change in many years to come when these trams are long gone and the bordom sets in with the Flexity trams

At the moment 648 is looking like the only chance of ever seeing a Centenary car work in the near future.

It's hard to believe that something I took for granted last year will not be here this year.

Also recently seeing 5 Centenary cars from the fleet grounded just confirms that these scenes will never be seen again.

@dalrigh, @laim22 however what you have got to remember is where the trams ran between pleasure beach and little bispham, this year they say and did in the last week their will be a service to fleetwood, so 5 trams would not be enough fro thier 10 mins service

@laim22 Good question, I think not. Last year they did run a service on 5 Centenary cars only, so I suppose it would be possible with 5 Flexity trams.

I believe this was the noisiest of the Centenary cars.
