That's sad, but my father LIVES with me and doesn't give me moral & emotional support... so if your father doesn't even want anything to do with you... I mean asking for a bonding relationship is fine, but if he doesn't want anything to do with you, you have to accept it and move on... Not every child is fortunate enough to have a father to look up to. I had to learn everything by myself and because of that I am even wiser than my father (despite that he thinks I'm an idiot and he's better)
