GRANTED, at least this item functions with a tape deck, which is a pretty cool novelty, if not a bit pointless (except maybe if you have one you can use at work but no actual tapes/means of dubbing, but that ain't me).

At least it interfaces with a deck, and its not a stupid belt buckle or a slipcase that -looks- like a tape for your smartphone (hey, I don't own a cellphone either! I can assure you all, I am not a hillbilly, I just don't have enough friends to justify owning one, haha).

I really hate the romanticization of "obsolete" formats coupled with a refusal to actually -use- them. Talk about a mixed message. It's incredibly lame to make things that "look like" cassettes when you don't even use the things. Precious, trendy bullshit, I say. Never stopped using tapes... Never owned an iPod. Never needed to do either. Fuck this trendy "vintage-chic" bullshit. Tapes can't "come back" if they never went away!
