  • i thought you wernt allowed to bounce the bar off you thighs. am i wrong?

  • I have the same problem....swinging the bar away from my body...cant seem to get it right.any advice?

  • He swung the bar it needs to be as close as possible to the body.

  • Bar should move back towards you off the floor, you should not have to move it around your knees. Make sure you push through the heels and the knees will move back as to create a path for the bar.

  • I think the trajectory did not go through to the youtube
