If you did you'd realize he lived on the streets for 10 years from the age 5. He's 22, So 7 yrs off the streets! Duh!
There is missing detail but what do you expect in 2mins?
I don't think he's a great singer BUT he has survived an experience none would wish on anyone. And THAT is the real story.
Could it all be fake? Yes.
But the real message is to remind us that such misery is all around us AND of our obligation to be nicer and kinder to the victims of it.
