I tried this the other day-- I figured, I got a yard full of leaves, why not?
And... my god, it actually works!
I did what he said: 2 passes, first just to shred the leaves some, and then a second pass with the bagger on, to pick up the shreds.
And I got what he said: lawn mower baggers full of shredded leaves, which I can pour very tidily into a trashbag. And it really does put into 1 trashbag would would have normally taken at least 6.
It's basically just /vacuuming/-- easy on the back!
what a great idea! I have been using one of those electric leaf blower/mulchers. But the mulcher doesn't break the leaves down as fine as your lawnmower does. I top off all my compost bins with mulched leaves. And work a few wheelbarrows full into my little raised veggie bed. Within a year, you can barely tell that leaves were mixed into the soil. What I still have left over, I put in bags and seal them. So I can use them as a mulch in the spring
you can eat them as well. but mulch is probably better. well done. i was looking at the videos for things like a cyclone z-10 but i realised that these are primarily for old men who cant get erections. This is a good compromise. :)
With a real commercial quality rider this is very easy and quick. 2 passes max. You'd swear it was bagged from the street.

I can't use my lawnmower. My Nieces Half Dog-Half Wolf ate the Spark plug Wire.
