I live in Hannibal. It sucks living here. I'm sure visitors would like it though because they can leave. But having lived here for 17 yrs...it sucks! We're trapped!

My family drove from Minnesota down to Hannibal, we had a great time! We like Hannibal more than Branson!

Born and raised in Hannibal, MO. Besides going off to college and a summer camp, I've been here my whole live.
Summer is always fun with tourists. If you ever get the chance to come during the week of the 4th of July aka Tom Sawyer Days, I recommend it, it's a lot of fun...so is the Folklife Festival during October.
Also, some fun things I recommend you do if you visit: ride the trolley or Twainland Express, ride the boat, and go to the Mark Twain Dinette (great food).
