Use Isopropyl alcohol and use the 95% not the 70%
the other 30% is water.
there is other S#it in the pink eraser that is impure and may ruin your computer.

Static does build against rubber ie a baloon rubbed on your head then stick to wall. As well as this the oils and glues in erasers leave oil traces which will damage ram.

@MalvinMcpot I think that is the reason for the pink erasers, all the other ones have higher content of that other gunk, while the pink is more "clean" so to say, but still does the best at physically removing buildup on components.

@kev0man24 True, some other colors may work fine. However we stick with pink because some of the other ones contain additional materials that have a chance for damaging components. Plus the dirt is easier to see pulled off onto the pink erasers.
