If you seat the ball, the top of your thighs should be parallel to the ground.
You can get balls of different sizes and a ball can be inflated more or less so that its diameter is right for you.
It does not have to be perfect to the millimeter.

In most places where these balls are sold it actually says on the package the size range of individuals that a specific ball is for.

Hi, could i ask is there a specific size of ball needed for an individual? im 5ft2 do i need a smaller sized exercise ball. thanks
