  • If you seat the ball, the top of your thighs should be parallel to the ground.

    You can get balls of different sizes and a ball can be inflated more or less so that its diameter is right for you.

    It does not have to be perfect to the millimeter.

  • In most places where these balls are sold it actually says on the package the size range of individuals that a specific ball is for.

  • Hi, could i ask is there a specific size of ball needed for an individual? im 5ft2 do i need a smaller sized exercise ball. thanks
