I made this video for SSD haters, for a long time we got more and more storage, without speed of our disks increasing for almost 20 years until SSD arrived.
By looking at the specifications, u500 is far superior to x300, contrary to popular belief x300 wins this duel by far ahead of u500. Proof that bigger != better?
Of course there's a lot other aspects that could be taken in consideration, like CPU cache size, or memory speed, but I think it's obvious what it means to have SSD disk.
All Debian settings are identical.
