Last of the Mohicans alternate ending

interesting alternate ending to the film. has its good points but i prefer the original. you might want to turn it up loud and the lipsync is a little off. youtube's fault not mine!

Actually I read a french young adult novel verion of the last of the mohicans where it ends similar to how it begins-uncas and chingachcook walk off alone, hawkeye and cora die together somehow, i think magua kills him while he s saving her. so that would be the version for you! I do wish they had more lines and shots for uncas! hes a great actor and was on people magazines hot 100

sounds exactly the same as the other ending I just watched (3:20 minute video) except it starts later. how is it different? btw, best ending in the history of cinema.

This is an original ending that was cut from the final version of the movie. Rightly so, it's redundant and distracting. Had "Dances with Wolves" not been well edited, it might not have been the Best Picture of 1990. My family is descended from five European and three Native American nations. Sometimes silence speaks volumes. The editing is one more reason that this latest "Last of the Mohicans" is ranked among the top 100 films of all time.--Tom Reilly

Who says were interbred and conquered,as in forgetting who we are and loosing our way of life.NOT that is what most people tend to believe,believe it or not.Even in this day and age we have not conformed to this way of life,I know who I am why should I disregard how we were created or try and replace myself with someone else....I know who I am and many Non Natives have come over to our side.....
