Greeting from Russia :-)

I appreciate the way you guys are reasoning together without cursing each other, its hard to see people in youtube having different opinions and discussing it peacefully. May God bless all of you, continue your good work.

YWell hello Divine1igho - 1) You DO have a choice.
2) Spreading anything by "all means" is perhaps the problem with most soceity, restrict yourself to reason and logic, never make threats, intimidation, extortion or harmful means an option.
3) I disagree with you about your parents being the "most high" (*since of course you are their child).
4) You may not be spreading the word of God at all. Just a character in a book.
5) Sure we can be friends.

hey bawokoroma!
I am a Christian, a child of the Most High and we have no choice but to spread the word of God by all means.
we have a mandate to witness the truth of the gospel...and am happy to be friends with you

I specialize in various forms of media production. Script writing, directing, editing, sound etc. The"overuse" of religious ideology, themes and motifs, serve merely as a pollutant. I was born in England and I am currently studying here so I won't be able to help for some time but if I had any advice or 'plans' to give: Open more acting schools, diversify the genres used, do not worry so much about "sanitation" and worry more about the budget, production values. Shorten the scenes aim at youth.
Thanks for replying to me. I however am not a Christian. So I don't hold the themes and motifs as highly as others. I look at film as an art & the problem I see is the 'overuse' of Christian themes, motifs, morals and values. I understand if it was a "sub genre" but the vast majority of Nigerias films are already stocked with this type of thing.
Forgive me though, I don't mean to offend but it seems if I want something done right I'll have to do it myself, and I promise I will. Once I graduate

Thanks for your response. It is always good to hear different views. An Itsekiri proverb says 'to build a house there has to be arguments'. I am pleased you have the zeal to be of help to the Itsekiri nation using your expertise. I am a Petroleum Geologist who happens to appreciate art and most of all desire to promote Itsekiri - So I try to sponsor these and others......
PS: Let's say you are not a Christian YET.
Cheers.

Damn it, as happy as I am seeing some Itsekiri films I'm disappointed that it isn't anything more interesting like an action film/ Nigerias film industry is far tooo poluted with biblical films already.
This one (after watching it) is nothing special.

Pleased to see you are happy at least. Your preference is noted. However the question is how can these movies(Itsekiri) be produced? Any plans from your end? Maybe the word you intend to use is sanitsed not 'poluted'. The bible cleanses and sanitises.

Shgenice, I am happy you like what you see. Have you watched the other segments? Also please let others know about this site. I am in close contact with the producer and I can tell you that Part 2 is on theway (still in production). They need support though. God Bless. Cheers, Omagbemi
