  • Enjoying simulations without the use of time compression features.  Allowed myself the opportunity to experience time and not just the highlights of the simulation.

    I find that meditating for several hours at a time is possible now. Total experience becomes the event not just its climax.

    Suppose meditation is returning to mindfulness, mindfulness and meditation then are sides of the same concept. Does the practice of poetry inspire love? Or is it through our love we discover poetry?

  • To hold your focus on one thing for extended lenth of time. wether that be a Mantra, Nam yoho renge kyo, a tone AUMNG, the candle flame, the feeling of a chakra point, or just emptiness. And, as you know, the more you practice the better you get.

    Like what your doing here, holding your focus.

  • The joy of 500 words or less makes getting a proper concept out difficult. I use too much verbiage!

    Finding something one can put a repetitious pattern on is an excellent way to begin to train for the rigors of meditation. Try to come up with a routine to perform and it should help with the short attention span theater syndrome.

    So yes, it's a compliment, of sorts. :D
