Uh, its not a cheat. The frame selection is actually in the menu to change speed and such. Separate+Counter FTW.

Actually, Beatmania III had a variety of frames (I think 8 or something like that). There's a default for each song (usually a frame that corresponds with the type of song, i.e. happier songs have a cloud frame) but you can use a cheat to select the frame you want.
