@Koolaiddewz go to your weather skin and click on "edit skin" then search for "location code" and type in the location code of your city. for me is berlin-->GMXX0007
To find your location code go to weather.com and search for your city. in the url must be a code. for example: New York --> USNY0996

@Koolaiddewz the widget comes with a settings file open it with a notepad then adjust your settings.

Find your location on weather.com
and paste the code appearing in the end of address bar ......example: FRXX0076 is the location code that should be entered into the configuration tool for Paris/France
