nice job but... theres always a but with these vid's... your butt should stay on the bench and your grip is to narrow, your using to much delts and tricep in the mouvement and not enough chest ,,,every one agrees that you can putt more weight on a declin bench as opposed to a regular flat bench so watch your butt on the bench, never sacrifice technic over weight , good job anyway
