Beer Game (incl. rules)

This are the rules (as far as I got them):
The Teams make 2 lines about 6m apart.
Between them, right in the middle, are 3 beer cans ("targets").
A player of Team A ("Offense") now throws a ball at the cans.
If he misses, the ball goes to Team B, makig them the Offense Team. If he hits one of the cans, he and his team can drink and try to empty their beer cans - Team A can now drink until a player of Team B ("Defense") has erected all target cans and returned to his line. There he yells "STOP!" and Team A has to put down their cans. The team whose players have finished all their cans first, wins.
