American vehicles have surpased Asian vehicles in every way few a years now. They may have had there low points, but so have the Asian vehicles. Anyone remember the rusty body and frames of any Asian vehicle from there creation through the mid nineties.

Too bad GM has become primarily a health care provider. You should have thrown off the Union and stuck with building cars. Ford is the only viable auto manufacturer left in America. Foreign companies build cars paying their employees close to half what GM does and build more reliable cars. I've seen my neighborhood slowly change from driveways with American cars to Japanese cars.
