These days college and University are practically out of reach of most poor working-class English people, thanks to Tony Blair's "New Labour" bringing in high fees in England, and the Tories making it even more expensive. On the other hand, people from outside England don't have to pay those fees, only English people.

@jenlinc2006 You will not believe this but every EU citizen can come to an english university for free but an english person has to pay £9000 a year for the coarse alone not to mention the food and shelter and we can't go to any other eu uni without paying

One thing that immmediately stands out is that there are very few young people in these white areas, whereas if this was filmed in a "diverse" area, you would likely see children all over the place, and there would be many young families with multiple children.

For every government policy, ask yourself - "Is this pro-white, or is this pro-white genocide?" and you will see the pattern.
