  • Is that why they just beheaded a Saudi woman for sorcery ??

  • @idricool So basically you're telling me to resort to argumentum ad verecundiam? Facts are facts regardless of who's presenting them. It's funny how faith-incompatible fact are not facts to a person of faith. Wake up my friend, it's the 21st century; people have access to factual material. Besides, remember no one but the prophet himself can tell anyone whether or not their interpretation of Quran is right or wrong, otherwise what'd be the point of a holy book of 'n' potential interpretations?

  • @SonOfCyrusTheGreat You get your facts about Islam from a scholar who is followed by the majority in Islam.

Internet is full of lies. I can write about 2012 end of the world, doesn't mean it's in the web that it's true.

  • What I see here is accomplishments of nations like Iran and not the accomplishments of a religion. It is often overlooked that there was about 100 years of silence on science front in Islamic countries, golden age of Islam was started and mostly advanced from outskirt of the Islamic Empire like again Iranians.

  • @idricool Denying the facts and history won't do you any good. We're living in the age of information and technology, ppl can simply do a 5 minute research to see whether these books are real or not..

  • @SonOfCyrusTheGreat These books never existed. They are not even original copies of these books available.

  • Btw the technology of making gold coins and trading with them wasn't anything special or uniquely "islamic", nearly 1000 years earlier Achaemenids made systematic use of unified currency, even for taxing under the reign of Darius the Great. Even Greeks used to have them, or Egyptians, so nothing special there. Again, the glass colouring technique wasn't anything new as Sassanids used to make them for royalty and for trading with foreign nations. Persians invented the so-called Islamic geometry!

  • pt. 2: In support of my previous claim, Razi, the Persian polymath wasn't an "Islamic scientist" at all, the claim is preposterous. He might've kept a muslim appearance for the sake of his "freedom" and life under the cruel islamic sharia, but in his mind at best he was a deist if not down right an atheist and the proof of it is vividly available in Razi's books: "The Prophets' Fraudulent Tricks", "The Stratagems of Those Who Claim to Be Prophets", and "On the Refutation of Revealed Religions".
