I'm a french bloke leaving in Frankfurt-am-Main where I work as a video editor.
This job is indeed a dream job to me. I used to practice dream jobs before. First as a travel guide writer, I had the opportunity to experience so many things. The craziest (and therefore the best) was to fly in a stunt plane and suddenly being told to perform some myself. Barrel roll and looping : DONE !!! Then I came to Frankfurt to work as a video game tester. Its a different kind of experience for sure but still can be considered as a dream job. Soon, I was hired as a video editor thanks to my skills in communication and video edition. I had time to practice those skills while working on several short films with Evamotion Production, a group of friends sharing the same passion.

But the most important dream job to me is to work with Michel Redolfi on underwater concerts. I love diving and snorkeling so much that I always felt compelled to bring more and more experience in this environment. Music can be such an experience, among others to be discovered on www.adacua.com.
Diving is my passion so I had to apply to the job. My plan is to train myself with the new Canon 5D MK2 and its Hugyfoot underwater housing for both photo and video shooting. I have good skills in freediving, since I trained wth some of the world's best freedivers in Nice at a time when Loic Leferme was still among us. It's been a great time and I learned so much with them. Taking care of an island and share its beauty with the entire world while diving everyday, what more could I ask ? 150000 $ ? Bah, it's fine to offer that much in order to bring world's attention on a touristic promotion of the Great Barrier Reef but a smaller salary would have dragged less contestants. My video is far from perfection and everyday I think about new ideas ; but I'm already glad I could post it in time since I started filming 1 week before the limit. But seriously...watching some others contestants videos, don't you feel like you're watching "American Idol" auditions or whatever the name is in your country ? I hope they'll pull out both the best and the worst because we could have some serious fun. Too bad for me, I'm an average guy!
