in the document settings find for grab radius in the Guides section...

could you believe me I spent hours trying to get the resize handles (arrow icon) in a corner of a text frame or any other element in the page?? I am not sure if is something wrong with Scribus or if I am doing something wrong??? I would like knowing if someone else experience this problem ..The resize handles don't always appear when put the mouse on a corner of an element.. :(

Thank you for the tutorial :) I downloaded Scribus a few days ago to create pdfs for a couple books I am writing, but I've never used a desktop publisher and ended up confused and frustrated. Watching you go through basic stuff has helped a lot.
