The Omatsurishi (Festival Goer) grants different abilities to each girl, unlike the Psychicer dressphere.

The attacks, in order according to when they occurred:

0:01 - Attack
0:16 - Toy Fireworks
0:28 - Fireworks Piece
0:35 - Flame Goldfish
0:57 - Thunder Goldfish
1:15 - Gravity Goldfish
1:33 - Pinwheel
1:47 - Festival Fireworks
2:01 - Ice Goldfish
2:22 - Water Goldfish
2:43 - Holy Goldfish

@sandstorm36 I think in her right hand is the goldfish, but her left hand i think is probably some kind of sweet thing you'd get in a carnival, because she keeps on nibbling at it or something. I'd say cotton candy, but I think Square were trying to go more by japanese tradition with this dressphere :P
