  • This song, "There's happiness over the hill" is on the latest vocalion CD, with impeccable sound and no scratches, magnificent

  • Very nice song! Does anybody have a full Ambrose discography of the 20s and 30s?

  • Don't forget to give us the updated info mic!!!!.

  • Beautiful voice and finely played by the band, can't fault it!

  • Excellent! Ambrose recordings from about 1927-1932 are almost always brilliant, and this is certainly no exception. Would you happen to have any more Ambrose records from this period? The sound quality on this is very good; are you using a modern player for these more recent uploads?

  • Typically smooth and refined Ambrose! Wonderful vocal...

  • This was very nice and "easy listening" as I enjoyed a nice cuppa tea. thank you.

  • When playing in Monte Carlo Ambrose told his musicians:"If I can't hear the surf, we're playing too loud"!!. Saturday Night broadcasts and Recording dates were a different matter though, here is the sound the great mass of public loved!!.
