  • Is there a reason this game never came out in the US?? :/

  • My memory might be fuzzy on this, but I believe it was released exclusively on the Sega Channel.

  • Iv'e heard the one that starts at 4:21 before, do you know the name of it?

  • That's Wily's first stage from Mega Man 2. All the tunes from this vid are arrangements of songs from MM2 and MM3.

  • As to composer....

All of the tracks in this video are remixes from MM1-3, which were composed by multiple people. Those names are:

    Megaman 1 -- C. Manami & Yuukichan's Papa

Megaman 2 -- Manami, Ogeretsu, Ietel, and Yuukichan's Papa

    Megaman 3 -- "BUNBUN"

There must also be a composer for the one or two tracks exclusive to the Wily Wars (like the title screen), but I have no idea who.

  • Good enough for me man, thanks for the info. Video updated.

  • I think the Mega Drive did well with the music here.

  • Not really. The timing of the gameplay is off big time. It plays very differently than the NES versions, and not in a good way. For example, in the NES version you can fire off about three shots in one line, that can't happen in this version. It requires a major readjustment and it never really feels right.

  • i really liked this game, the graphics are very good for a genesis game, i liked the music and the controls worked good for me (changed the configuration for that, instead of EUR i changed it to U.S) it's a bit easy but it's a good game :)

  • @usernameinvalid008 Flash man stage theme from Megaman 2 :)

  • Some of this tunes still rock, but as a big fan of Mega Drive music in general, I had kinda hoped for more from my favorite Mega Man jams redone new Sega sheen. Oh well, now it exists as just a quirky novelty to me.

  • never mind, found it...it's metal man

  • anyone know the song that starts at 2:35? it sounds so familiar.

  • @Pro21xx this is the megadrive/genesis not super nintendo

  • O00F-MSICOA

  • is it a crime to say i liked this game?

  • I tried playing this game. Ick. The controls were unresponsive! Or at least, nowhere near as good as the original.

And let's face it: Genesis graphics weren't all that superior to the NES anyway. I'm a hardcore MM fan, which is probably why it bugs me. :\

  • You're correct it was a SC exclusive. It was tight! I remember playing the hell out of this game as a child. I use to have the Sega Channel til it got discontinued.
