I love how these phones are so affordable. The first month i saved about $40. And its great that there aren't any hidden fees so you pay a flat rate each month. Its also on the Verizon network so I haven't had any dropped calls.

Straight Talk has what it takes for saving big. At Wal-mart I found what will be a great cellphone, no contract, and for $30 a month with 1000 min. of talk, text, and free 411 calls plus 30mb of data it can save you big. I switch and saved.

@natalieremo Damn too late for me to get those as presents but it really would have been a great idea because my extended family is all on contract carriers which means that they overpay a ton each month. I should have thought to spread the love. Next year!

Straight Talk made my holiday shopping easy, got my dad the Samsung r810c smartphone so he can access his email on the fly and my mom the Nokia E71 because she used to be on Blackberry. Plus, got a few months free from my sister in my stocking!

@roshb77 Well now that it's post-christmas, I can say that being on the recieving end of a straight talk phone is great! used to have a two year contract that just expired and my wife got me the nokia 6790 for christmas which is pretty much like an iPhone in function. I run my whole business from there!

I have used my straight talk phone and their service plans all around the US and i have not had a single problem. I have the unlimited $45 a month plan and it is very convenient when I can talk for as much as I want and text for as much as i want for such a cheap price. I know that I can count on Straight Talk for a great deal without sacrificing quality.

agreed. tried and tested now, straight talk is the best wireless deal available. for $45 a month i get unlimited talk, text and data and free 411 calls. i have great reception, not a single dropped call yet, thanks to the verizon network. what could i possibly want more from my cell phone provider????good customer service, and i got that too. my thumbs are up for straight talk
