PPAI Product Safety Summit 2011

On August 10, 2011, PPAI held the inaugural Product Safety Summit (PSS) in conjunction with the North American Leadership Conference (NALC). The first of its kind for the promotional products industry, this day-long education and awareness conference explored the complexities of product safety regulations and practical, implementable ways to respond to them. Mary Toro, director of Regulatory Enforcement Division at the Office of Compliance and Field Operations with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), delivered the Summit's keynote presentation and served as a panelist throughout the event.
