Ha, Ha, I love it when liberals have egg all over their face. This dingbat went out there claiming victory and had to eat crow. Guess those unions should have saved their millions and gave that to the teachers. But again, it's not about money, it's about a money laundering operation for the Democrat Party.

". I would say she was the less partisan of the two. "
Now that's hilarious, given she was pushed for a specific legal outcome in a specific case. In fact, you obviously know you're lying. This entire push for her was based on a specific legal outcome.
True, Prosser called a bitch what she was, and that isn't judicial temperament. If you cherry pick that as his entire 40 year career, then you can pretend you have a point, but he was right, and you aren't.

@DTownzz Calling the chief justice "a bitch" in an e-mail is "reserved". Okay.
Prosser was also a Republican leader in the state Assembly. Nothing wrong with that, but clearly partisan.
Kloppenburg, on the other hand, has argued cases in front of the state Supreme Court and won decisions where the four conservative justices voted on the side she argued. She also worked under two Republican and two Democratic AGs. I would say she was the less partisan of the two.

It almost certainly was human error in the klieglights of media attention that caused the miscount, but AP may have been at fault when all's said and done. (Hard to tell, with that lot.) If, however, it lulled the Madison and Milwaukee machines into a false sense of victory whereby they didn't need to fabricate too many votes - that would be beautiful irony. Conservatives benefitting from a genuine accident, the likes of which leftists work so hard to fabricate from whole cloth.

Not so fast, indeed!
Justice Prosser: class all the way.

Public unions are simply a way to force tax payers to finance the election of socialist Democrats.

I'm certainly glad he won but the larger problem is that the crazies are growing because we collectively seem to be getting stupider or perhaps (and I hope this is true..) it is that we are seeing the very noisy death throws of the insane leftists as America is finally recovering itself thanks to the ability to finally debate each other directly through the Internet and share proofs that the mainstream leftist
dominated news media won't report.

Kloppenburg is a fairly typical leftist jurist (an oxymoron, I know)--certified but dim. However, she would decide in a reliably leftist manner. WI certainly missed a bullet with her.
It was fortunate that these ballots were reported late: it made it too hard for the Democrats to create more single vote ballots such as the 10,000 purely Kloppenburg votes in Madison.

I suppose part of this is just the contrast with Kloppenburg, but he really comes across as a reserved and intelligent guy. WI just dodged a big bullet that has little to do with union wallets. Kloppy's press conference was disturbingly moronic an unreasonable, and I'd hate to bring a complicated legal matter before her. She's certainly no judge. I wouldn't count on her to figure out anything sophisticated.
