I am not a big worshiper, but Joel Osteen is like the most amazing person in the world! I love this guy and what he stands for. He said "I think people can tell when your genuine" And thats very true. I can tell.

During the last couple of months my confidence dropped terribly to almost zero. Was searching for answers to unknown questions, & it was really weighing me down. Tried everything, but the helpless feeling kept coming back! All i needed was someone to speak life into my soul!! Voilà!! Behold, I'm so blessed to have stumbled on this message. I feel ready to step out with my head high coz I'm God's beloved! I am from a royal bloodline of Jesus, my Saviour! Glory to God!!

I heard how Jesus changed other people's lives and I wanted it too.I was a lying stealing cheating arrogant sexually immoral drug-addicted jerk.I knew I was bad and wanted to be good.I asked Jesus to take control of my life;I had made a mess of it.He came and purified my thought-life and heart.I believe the Son of God died for my sins and rose again. Understanding His love I trust Him and give Him control of my life. He transformed me into a new person.Never knew peace like this before.

Here paradise is restored, heaven opened and the gates of hell disclosed. Christ is its grand object, our good is its design and the glory of God its end. It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet. Read it slowly, frequently, and prayerfully. It is given you in life and will be opened in the judgment and will be remembered forever. It involves the highest responsibility, will reward the greatest labour, and will condemn all who trifle with its sacred contents.

Does he ever present the Gospel in any of his messages? Or does he just come across as some guy presenting some secret knowledge/wisdom that will lead to salvation? Funny, I thought salvation was based on WHO you know, not WHAT you know. Does Joel preach about the Kingdom of Heaven or does he keep the focus on how to get the things this world chases after? Does he ever refer to the Scriptures when he talks or are his ideas all just his own? Does his teaching come from man or God?
