This is quick and easy to throw together. Stirred, Not Fried can be made a couple of hours in advance, is easy to wash up after and needs very little in the way of equipment! All this and it tastes phenomenal also!

I used to love stir fries and had them at least once a week, now I enjoy them just as much, if not more so raw. This one is gorgeous! The flavours of chilli, garlic and ginger (all optimal), combined with fresh organic vegetables and zucchini noodles are almost hard to beat! In my opinion, it's one of the best and easiest ever to come out of the http://Raw-Pleasure.com.au kitchen!

  • @lifeisgood74 You're so welcome. Thank you for a lovely comment. xxx

  • I'm new to the raw food way of eating and have found the type of salads I have been enjoying can get boring very quickly. This however, looks amazing and very simple to put together! Thank you!

  • @Nitsy66 Hey thank you! It was a super simple recipe. One thing I like to do with salads is take what my favourite foods were before and try to saladise them! Pizza for example, I made a 'pizza salad' with loads of shredded lettuce as the base, topped with mushrooms, pineapple, olives, tomatoes etc etc and then made a runny marinara sauce and cashew cheeze sauce that a spooned over the top. Twas delish! xx

  • Thank You again!

  • @AlecFinderton You're welcome. Thank you for your comment! I hope you like the recipe. xx
