  • Is cooked garlic & cooked onions OK to eat?

  • @EkAks hi there :) they can be but it depends how far you are along with the diet etc. These things can be stomach irritants so you are the best judge b/c you are familiar with your body and how you feel after eating these things. Send me an email and I'll send you some information. -CrohnsBoy

  • I don't know if this diet can cure Chrohns,

It will help you not to starve at least, though it will never be perfect for you body. I've on it for some time, then added a little bit of rice and potatoes. I have problems with beans and nuts. You need to think if this diet really works for you, though it will help if you have a flare-up.

  • this dieat alone will not cure you but it can help you get your life back the other stuff on my website will show you what I did to overcome this disease. Crohnsboy

  • So how do we get carbs? If you are an athlete and you have a game the next day. Shouldn't you have some pasta the night before? Just curious

  • well we still eat carbs just not complex carbs like sugar, starch etc. Since I have been on this diet and started to heal my self I have more energy than ever and I eat 3 simple meals daily and I maintain my weight at 170lbs height 5'8 and lots of physical activities. I learned that less really is MORE when it comes to food.

  • I tried numerous of the items discussed here, however I must say that nothing even compares to DietOramy diet programs regime in relation to wellness and fat burning - search google, there's loads of no cost content...

  • I do not know about some others but I will tell you that my loved ones found marvelous accomplishment with DietOramy healthy diet plan (google it, there are a lot data on it) - every one of us work with it and our doctors are amazed with the effects which followed so quickly.

  • Hey- my name's Mike, I'm 70, and have had crohn's probably most of my life, and my dad probably had it also. I was diagnosed in early 1990,and was given all kind's of bizzare and expensive drugs over the next 6 months. Not much helped, then at end of '90 had a bowel resection, and for the next 3 years had 1 operation each year. I'm more or less in control of it now, basically by diet and stress reduction. The reason I'm contacting you is to encourage your good sense, and hope you stay strong.

  • Hey There!Aren't you basically now eating more like a Paleo Diet?:) During your experimentation, did you notice any weightfluctuations and body composition differences? Also what would a typical day of eating look like for you now?

  • I've had a lot of success with fermented nut milks. I know that sounds weird but it works. I soak the nuts and then blend them then i strain the mixture and ferment the milk.
