Introducing the Biodiesel SafTest Analyzer from MP Biomedicals.

This testing system allows users to test Biodiesel and feedstock for Total & Free Glycerin Levels and Free Fatty Acid Levels. In many cases eliminating the need for an expensive Gas Chromatograph.

The test results are available extremely quickly meaning you get real time results on the included printer allowing you to adjust your process as necessary.

Developed originally for the food industry in 2003, more than 200 companies around the world use this system to evaluate quality and stability of fats and oils in their finished products and raw materials.

In 2006, the SafTest Analyzer was adapted to the Biodiesel industry to test Biodiesel for Total & Free Glycerin and Free Fatty Acid levels both in feedstock and in Biodiesel.

It was evaluated by the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) in Denver, Colorado and found to be extremely accurate. Over 30 Biodiesel plants in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

The test equipment is compact, easy to use, and can be used anywhere in a Biodiesel production plant. Because the test is so easy to use, it can be performed by practically anyone at your facility.

If you're looking for a cost effective solution to monitoring your Total Glycerin and Free Fatty Acid Levels in a nice, compact system that's easy to use and extremely reliable, then a Biodiesel SafTest Analyzer System may be right for you.
