SIR! may i ask as to if there is a small 1200 watt grow, then rather then spending money i may not have this minite.. will sugar and yeast suffice, and IF SO, then how do i knw how many parts per million ive got going on? or is ANY CO2 better than NO CO2. even though my intake fan brings in about 30%outside, and 70 % inside air?

Mix 2 cups warm water, 2 cups sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 2 cups cold water- mix well. Then add 2 tsp yeast ( the kind in the bread aisle in a little jar) and leave it alone, put in an empty milk jug and change once a week.
