It's not a 'stupid death' .. it's a sad death indeed, but there ARE people there helping out as best they can. To say that everyone could survive if they just had more resources is not a reasonable statement. If you feel that passionately about the people dieing, put down the microphone and LEND A HAND!!!

This is heartbreaking - particularly in light of the knowledge that the only reason ppl like this little girl die in such circumstances is bcoz of money. It's that simple. We have the resources, the manpower, the knowledge to heal this little girl and the only factor that stopped them from being utilised is the amount of paper that village had. This world needs to wake up and start putting human life, rather than selfish profit, as its top priority.
