Four years after Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, Ben Brown narrates a walk around Cottage Square in Ocean Springs, MS. Cottage Square, developed by architect Bruce Tolar and partners, is a model neighborhood of Katrina Cottages designed to provide emergency housing for storm victims and then to transition to permanent housing in real neighborhoods.
Once again it would have been nice to give an inside tour of these cottages, to give the viewer a better perspective.
