The bad this is, some people dont even realize when they are blown up by one. A sniper in the British army accidentally jumped on one while crossing a ditch, and a few seconds later he was lying on his back. He tried to get up but then realized he had no foot, and one of his fingers was missing.

when it is raining and flooding mines pop up on water and by the wind they come together and collect on one side, all we used to do just shoot one of them from far away, it used to make explode all of them in a time. we noticed one they in front of our building they poped up, it was right in front of the fence and close to the gate, we were all shocked. when you feel safe sometimes you are not safe.
